Swaplabz is a platform for repairing premium and semi-premium cell phones, offering a brand-like experience and quality check process for a positive user experience.
Problem
Market lacks a user-friendly platform for repairing premium and semi-premium cell phones. Current competitors offer used and refurbished electronics, but there is a need for a reliable platform that focuses on repair with a brand-like experience and responsive customer support.
The Goal
To create a platform that allows users to repair cell phones under premium and semi-premium phones and have a brand-like experience.

• People from a comparatively less financially stable background but need gadgets that are up to date for work.
• Business professionals who need a reliable and high-performance smartphone for their work.
•Affluent consumers who prioritize design, features, and brand value in their smartphones.
• Younger demographics who place importance on social status and owning trendy and fashionable smartphones.
In this process of user research primary and secondary user research has been done where interview sessions and surveys have been taken .This led to differentiating them into different user co-horts where they have divided them into groups with similar likes, dislikes, needs and frustrations.
